This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for those wanting to be close to a diverse selection of restaurants and less touristy dining options. It's also conveniently located near the railway station, making it an ideal spot for those who want to use public transport. the rooms are spotless and the service is top, notch , the staff are friendly and very helpful. the breakfast provides a good selection of Chinese cuisine, and the rooms themselves are wonderfully clean and well, maintained.
Some guests have reported that the rooms are not soundproofed and you may hear noise from other rooms.

The Insail Hotel in Shenzhen had a Starbucks nearby, clean and comfortable rooms with a great bed, and a helpful staff. It felt like a 4-star hotel, which is rare in China.

As someone who spent their Christmas at this hotel, I was impressed with the high level of comfort in the rooms. the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms were definitely the best aspects of my stay. the breakfast on offer was diverse, tasty and gave me plenty of options to choose from. the quietness of the hotel added to the appeal, which was especially welcome after a busy day exploring the local area.
their friendliness and willingness to assist did make up for this.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort provided here. The location of this place is perfect, as it is near to everything I was looking for, including the louhu railway station and a wide range of restaurants. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to help with any need I had. The room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, especially the bed, which was a welcome change from other hotels I've stayed at in China. I felt like I was truly experiencing a 4-star hotel, which is not always the case in this country.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, including Chinese dishes. , the location was convenient as it was near public transportation.
The staff's English level was very limited, which made it hard to communicate and get information. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in the room.

We had a great time here. The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the location, as it was close to many restaurants and the Louhu railway station. We had no trouble finding transportation around this city, and we were able to park easily.
